During my publication class we were tasked with coming up with a demographic for a magazine we would create all semester long. This fictitious person’s name is Carol Hammond. She is married to Mark, and they have two teenage children. Carol and Mark belong to the upper/middle class, both having undergraduate degrees. They live in Greenville, SC where Carol is a physical therapist and is always on the go, but loves to take time out of her day to enjoy the little moments in life. One of those little moments she often reminisces on is her past and how her children played with the toys that she did growing up. The toys are sentimental to her, and bring back memories that are interlaced with tradition. These are the memories that makes Carol the happiest, and she buys Traditional Toy Magazine to reflect on her happy days of the past.
